จะต้องส่งมอบสินค้าให้เมื่อถึงเมืองปลายทางตามที่ระบุไว้
4. บริษัทตัวแทน บริษัทตัวแทน หรือ IATA CARGO AGENTหมายถึงบริษัทที่ได้รับรองจากสมาคม
การขนส่งทางอากาศ และแต่งตั้ง โดยบริษัทการบินให้ดำเนินการรับและออกเอกสารกำกับสินค้า
Air Waybill พร้อมทั้งเก็บค่าขนส่งที่เกี่ยวข้องในนามของบริษัทการบิน

2. House Air Waybill คือ เอกสารการขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศที่ออกโดยบริษัทนายหน้าขาย Freight ที่รวมสินค้าของผู้ประกอบการหลายรายไว้ด้วยกัน แต่มีเพียง Master Air Waybill 1 ฉบับ คลุมการขนส่งเท่านั้น
